Morgan Properties, the fifth-largest apartment owner in the US and a leader in national real estate management, came to us to create a campaign that would generate new leases in the time of COVID. Taking inspiration from the benefits of moving from a city environment, to the openness of the suburbs, we highlighted shots of nature and a general feeling of more space, not only in your apartment, but in the world around you.
